Some teachers are good, and definitely some poor teachers who don't really care and treat children without much empathy. There is quite a bit of negative reinforcement. The new principal is more concerned with students, engages the children and is not hyper-focused on the rules written in the handbook. The school could use more creativity allowed for teachers and more flexibility for parental involvement.
This school is midway through its second year and the students are making significant growth, due to the amazing teaching staff!
