I am a parent of a student who has been a student since 2008. Since my child started attending Philips Academy he has learned so much in a special settings that helps children with learning disabilities succeed. It also is a great school because it focuses on Life Skills which will help your child succeed in life after graduation. I am pleased with how much my son has learned and his self confidence since starting at Philips Academy has improved and he would not be the young man he is today if it was not for the assistance our family received from Philips Academy wonderful staff. The staff at Philips Academy care about seeing the children succeed and make progress that will help them succeed after they leave Philips Academy. Again, Philips Academy has really been a great partner for the past few years in helping our son learn in a special way that enables him to be and become a vital person in our community. Please if you have a special needs child consider having your child attend Philips Academy it will be a life changing experience for you and your child.

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.

Oops! We currently do not have any student information for this school. We rely on the state Department of Education, the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES), and in some cases school administrators such as registrars and principals for this data.
