A smart pediatrician once recommended when you're choosing a school for your child, choose one where YOU would like to hang out for 6 hours a day. This advice has never steered us wrong, and IMS fully represents all that we look for in a primary school. Our children both have attended, starting in the Pre-K, and we can honestly say that the teachers and staff feel like an extension of our family. The warmth and caring of the teachers combined with the rich culture of the Montessori method of Peace Education create an atmosphere in which children feel safe and supported as they learn. We have had the pleasure of watching our children learn to love learning -- and there is no greater gift. And the fact that our children are fluent in a second language is the icing on the cake!
