What started as God thing, reaching the lost, combined with caring teachers, great learning environment, preparing men/women to serve God (in whatever place He chooses to place them), ended. How sad!I always thought my children would graduate from FACA, knowledgeable, and prepared for college. It didn't happen the church came first.

The Pastor is too worried about getting his new church built to care about the school and the success of its students. This past Spring (2004), the girls varsity softball team had won their conference tournament and were invited to the state tournament. The day they were to leave, they were told they could not use the church vans (which they had used all season) because it was too much of a risk. The parents tried to rent vans and pay for the extra insurance but the Pastor still said 'no.' Someone offered to pay for a charter bus- Pastor still said 'no.' Parents were going to drive their own kids- again NO. Is that how you want your child to be rewarded after her best season in school history? The girls had been allowed to go to the state tournament the previous 2 years.

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.
