The science department at this school is lacking significantly in qualified teachers ( that are at school to teach). The students suffer tremendously because of this. I have an honors student that has had to learn at home on line because the teachers have not been around. The rest of the school seems fairly well balanced despite the extreme overcrowding which is not there fault.

Porter Ridge is a great school. Me, as a student, am proud of our administrators who are always there for us whenever help is needed. Our education is our number one priority. This school has fun activities out of school in which everyone can attend. I am very proud to be a pirate and to be able to attend this school.

Porter Ridge is an excellent school and any time I have had a problem, big or small, it has been addressed by one of the upper administrators or the principal himself.
