I think this is a great school! My son is a sophmore and has had a very positive experience. Personally, I am thankful for the daily updates that detail any fights or drugs found on campus. I think you will find these problems anywhere, and I would prefer to know about them as they happen.

At this point I'm not very pleased with the school myself. My daughter is a freshman and has started being bullied already. I've already been in the vice principal's office with her once and she's been in the guidance office again on her own. At this point she already doesn't want to get up and go to school and her year had started off so well up until now. She's in the drama club and in an upcoming play and very excited about that but the bullying is overriding any of that excitement. At this time they're only talking to her and not any of the kids that are doing the actual bullying, which I personally think is wrong. If something isn't done very soon I will be back in there again myself probably threatening legal action!!! There's supposed to be a NO tolerance for bullying at all schools now so I don't understand why they're not speaking with anyone else involved.

I have a son at East he is a honor roll student. East has drug bust and fights on regular basis which is reported through emails from principle. This school is already over crowded and they let kids out of district transfer in a school that is busting at the seems. If you didn't attend the feeder middle schools then you want have the same chances in playing sports. East is very political in sports!

I am a sophomore at East Forsyth right now and I absolutely love the school. The teachers are wonderful and they always take the time to help you if you ask. They really take the time to develop personal connections and genuinely care about their students. Our principal is friendly and always takes the time to attend sporting events after school. She is also in touch with the needs of the school and the students. There is a huge array of extracurricular activities at our school. There is a club for just about every interest imaginable and several sports teams. I feel very safe at East Forsyth; there are very few fights. I think East Forsyth is the best school in the school system, and you could not convince me to attend another school. I absolutely love it.

Im a freshman at efhs right now, and I have to say that it's a great school. Most everyone is friendly. Teachers are great. And it's really easy to navigate around.

I attend east forsyth right now as a junior. The teachers here are real supportive and are not dictators like most schools. Here at east teachers are your teachers but they also become your friends. The teachers are people you can talk to about almost anything. The activities and student enviroment is very positive and comfortable. I love it at east and im glad to be able to graduate from here now. We have hardly no fights at all. Thats why the police are here. They keep it straight.

Poor principal leadership ( I don't think she is qualified. It's just my opinion ). Poor discipline makes me feel unsafety.

I moved from Michigan and I just graduated with full honors and everything. The teachers are great, I'll give them that, but the discipline in that school is horrible. And being from up North we never had cops watch us while we ate or watch us while we walked to our classes. I know it was for our safety any everything but I felt like I was in a prison instead of a school.

I am a current student at east and I would say that the environment at the school is great. I came into the school knowing very few people and now I'm good friends with many. The people are very friendly and the teachers are wonderful. They are really committed to giving their students the best education possible. Go east!
