North has a faculty that will go well beyond what it takes to help students achieve.
A great school. The teachers are caring and helpful, the extracurricular activites are well run and involve not only the students, but the families too. GO BAND!
Great school, teachers care almost to much.
I think that the school is great. Especially the art academy. Everyday after gym, I look forward to being able to go to art class and enjoy it. Mr. Miller rocks!
Although we are a small school within this county, we do our best to provide academically challenging course opportunities for our students.
Horrible School, if your child has to go here pull them out and home school. Your child would learn more from a pack of circus clowns. The teachers don't care about your child's education. Pass them and move on to the next batch mentality. Unless your child can throw a football, shoot hoops, or hit a baseball really well send them some where else.
Worst High School ever. Teachers don't care. Unless your kid is great at sports don't bother with this school.
As a student I don't like NBHS. The teachers dont try hard enough. They dont challenge you at all.The best thing a North is the athletics. If you compare our test scores with the other schools, ours aren't that high. no one pushes you to try your hardest. You'd think our school was more controlled because of the fact that we're so small. But we're not,
I am a parent of two at NBHS and about to be 3. I think the focus on the kids education is just not there. I had more home work and harder classes when I was in Junior high many years ago! The athletic dept. has preferential treatment to those parents who are working 9 to 5 jobs and have a 'name' in the community. Both of my children are on the honor role but yet I feel they have not been challenged at all. I think it is high time to rid the schools of politics and give every child a fair shot to succeed. I think the athletic dept. suffers from reverse discrimination. White Boys CAN jump, and run, and throw! Every child deserves a chance to be their best! Lets give it to them. Pay the teachers who care more and get rid of the ones who don't!
This school north brunswick high is the best in the county and the sports are very high. The academics are at an high standard. The jrotc department is the best and most out going unit in the state. They are the best marching unit around. The scorpion battilion has held the honor unit with destinction for eight years and counting. They have an awsome raider team. The drill, color guard, and the rifle team are one of the best around. This unit show the disipline and gives the students a chance to have an leadership and briefs them in an introduction in the army. North brunswick high school is the best school in the state of north carolina and probably many more states. Go scorpions.
