West Middle has a small hometown touch and feel. The majority of teachers are alumni that have a vested stake in the children and community at West.

As with anything there are good and bad. But I feel out of all our middle schools in this county that West Lincoln Middle is the best. Most all the teachers love their job and love the children and it shows.

Academics??? Are you kidding...WLMS teachers can match anybody in the county for number of teachers with graduate degrees and national board certification. in addition to academics, at West you get a staff that is invested in their student population and a caring environment where kids are given the guidance and encouragement needed to succeed. I moved my daughter from another school in Lincoln County just so she could learn in such great school environment. It is a move that I am so glad we made.

I believe this school is an excellent school. The students and teachers are great and the teachers ans students work very hard to achieve there goals. This school shows students the discipline they need yet the tenderness the need. If you are looking for a school to put your child in I would recommend West Linclon.

I commend the teachers at West Lincoln Middle School, they are great! The students work hard and the teachers work hard helping them with every challenge. We have good parents too, who care and are involved in their childs education. We need to continue our support and be involved each year. We should all be proud of our past administrators and teachers but most definitlely work together with our new administration and Principal Allen to keep West Lincoln Middle the best middle school in Lincoln County!! Go Chiefs! Thanls to you all for all that you do, we do appreciate you!

I am disappointed in overall academics at WLMS. The teachers are have limited knowledge. My child is suffering as a student. Academics are not pushed in every home base. The teacher quality is sad. I have been happy with diciplinary actions taken by the staff, with regards to bullies.

I have been very disappointed in this school in regards to their policy on bullies. The assistant principal has been very lenient in the past. I would like to see a zero tolerance policy enforced.
