Prospect is a predominant American Indian school. It enjoys strong parental & community support; has an excellent teacher staff and the principal is great! Wonderful small school.

I was pleased with the school not only for the acedemics but the christian concern from not just one or two of the teachers but about 99.9% of them and the principle there. He is the bomb in kids terms. he is stern but fair, he has the attitude of making sure everyone gives 110% percent but he will give you 150%. he could easily be a highschool principle but he caring ability suits him for the K-8 level.

Hi my name is Megan Chavis and I am a former student of Prospect School. If I had to rate the quality of the academic programs, extracurricular activities, and level of parent involvement I would rate it a level 5. I went there for 9 years and not once did I think about leaving. All my teachers were wonderful but not perfect! But the coolest thing about Prospect is the Principal , Mr. Johnny Ray Hunt and also one of Robeson County's Commisioners he is the finest man I've ever known. Mrs. Catherine Maynor is the finest teacher anyone could ever have!! Well Bye! Class Of 2005 Rocks!

Im a former student of Prospect, and Im so glad I got to go to that school for 7th and 8th grade. Its not like a typical school, the students get to interact with what the teachers are teaching, and we comprehend it more easily. But my favorite thing about that school were the athletics. I was involved in every sport and the coaches helped to make me a better player. The school had many clubs such as BETA club, CECNC, NASA, and AISES. Im sad that next year I will be at a different school, but Im glad I got to experience Prospect. GO CATS!!!!! ~~~~$arah~~~~
