Excellent school that stays committed to excellence while operating on a very small budget. It is likely the best value of any private Christian school in the state. VERY committed teachers and staff, and the education is first rate. They use the Abeka cirriculum, which is very demanding but returns excellent results. I have 5 children in this school and they all test out at least 2 1/2 grade levels above standard. You can't beat that. Plus, they are removed from a lot of the gritty influences that plague so many public schools. (I don't look down on those schools or students, but the common values of so many are so distressful and damaging, we are thankful for a place like TBA for our children. It is not perfect by any means, and the students are not perfect angels, but they are being directed towards a more meaningful end - which is the Kingdom of God.) The school is run by Trinity Baptist Church, and though you don't have to be a member of that church to enroll your children, we have found ourselves attending regularly, and like the pastor and his character. All in all, a very good experience. Highly recommended.

Our boys started TBA this fall. We are very pleased with their success, their teachers and the entire staff. This is a very committed, conservative Baptist school that took a little getting used to. It has proven to be on top of its reponsibility to provide a great education while instilling strong Christian values and steering students from worldly views.

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.
