My biggest complaint with this school is a lack of communication & The failure of teachers to accept accountability/responsibilty.....not all of them, but some. My 2nd child is going on his 2nd year at LIberty & so far, not too bad....a much better experience than I had when my 1st son went there. Granted, the kids do need to be getting prepared to handle the responsibilty of being young adults, but it is not very reasonable to expect that every ounce of info (some VERY important!) will be remembered AND relayed correctly BY THE CHILD to the parents at the end of the day. I am rating a "4", since overall, there are no huge issues, beyond the communcation gap. So far, my kids have done well there acedemically & they seem to enjoy attending school there.

Kids are great . Some of the teachers are very hard working and works well with children. But leadership is more iterested in extra curricullar activities rather than accademics. Children are encouraged more to join sports than forming study groups. They are rewarded more for extracurricular activities. The message is if you make an average grade it is fine as long as you have joined few sports events or drama clubs.School should be a place where children should be inspired for higher education education and hard workin accademics as wellas extracurricular activities should be encouraged

Because my son needs to attend a special education classroom, I feel as if I have no choice but have him remain in this school. I have not been happy with what he has received this year. It is almost as if the kids in this enclosed classroom seeting are being isolated. They are not given the chance to become a member of the general public. My son wants to be a member of band and other clubs or sports, I have been discouraged in letting him do so. I will hopefully discuss my concerns with the principal at the conclusion of the year. I dont want to make things worse for my son, by complaining. I only want him to be given a chance to succeed, and not just get by.
