My school is absolutely the best. I was looking at posts about Anson High School and they are terrible. Not bragging, but my school is ranked a 5 star, and I am VERY proud of it. Sometimes school can be overwhelming with all the classes, and the fact that you have actual college classes, but when you see little comments about your school and people telling you how they wish they had your spot it really makes you work harder and strive to be way better than you are now. It gives you hope for the future that you can do anything you put your mind to. It overall just gives you a good feeling inside about your school and yourself. Anson County Early College also has an BEYOND amazing principal that treats each and every one of the students like family. She takes the time to interact with them individually. This is great for the school as a whole because great things can't be done without a leader. Mrs. Davis is truly an angel to us all.

The EOG is a standards-based test, which means it measures how well students are mastering specific skills defined for each grade by the state of North Carolina. Students must pass the grade 8 EOG test in order to graduate from high school. The goal is for all students to score at or above the proficient level on the tests.
