This school has been a blessing to my family. The teachers and staff are great and very willing to assist the students by tutoring or counseling and of course by prayer. Thank you RCA for educating and ministering to our kids!!
My children just completed another year at RCA. I am so thankful for this school. My children not only get a GREAT education, they also get to hear about God on a regular basis. The teacher's really care about the student's and the classroom sizes is a blessing for the students who need a little extra help. If you are looking for this type of school then I highly recommend Rockfish Christian Academy.
My daughter just completed GREAT year at RCA. We really appreciate the hard work from the teachers and staff. It's amazing how far this school has come in just a few years. RCA is a no-frills school which concentrates on the basics. We are so glad to be a part of it. If you're all about Christian values, a good quality education, and a sense of community then RCA is for you!
Rockfish Christian Academy has been a great investment for my family. My children enjoy going to school and are excited about learning. The teachers truly motivate the children, provide intellectual challenges, and provide individualized instruction. The compassion and sincere interest in my children demonstrated by the RCA staff is second to none.
The teachers at the school are very nice and slowly, but surly this school starts to offer more selection. My son attends this school and enjoys it very much. We both like the Art and Foreign language instructor. She is to the point and seems genuinely interested in the students. She does far more than teaching her subjects . My son constantly quotes her and tells me how she challenges all the students to strive for greatness. Her teaching methods are not like those of the others and she often talks to the students about character traits. Teachers like her make this school so great! Hope to see her again in 2010/2011
I support this school 100%. RCA is a small school and as most schools this size has had some growing pains. It keeps getting better every day and year. The staff is amazing and works really hard to give my child the best educational experience possible. They added the computer lab this year and finally opened it up this semester to all classes. I understand there were some networking problems early on. My son already types better than I do...Very impressive. He is doing well academically and spiritually. Again, I am 100% please with Rockfish Christian Academy. I would tell anyone interested in this school to positively enroll their child!
I love my school and the teachers. The class work is really hard but I am learning more than my friends in other schools. We get to go on field trips like fishing, gem mining, and going to the planatarium. We have fun but it is all about learning! My favorite class is computers and the new martial arts/PE class. All in all my parents are pleased too and they say it is worth the money!
My husband and I are very pleased with this school. The Teachers really do care about my children. It's so refreshing after being in the public school system for so long. I love the small class sizes. Our children get one on one instruction and this is such a blessing. I will and do recommend this school to any parents who want their children to succeed academically.
This is a fun and educational school. We have school plays, foreing language, and all kinds of stuff. I enjoy learning about God and getting more faithful. Its a big change from public school. I was new, but was easily befriended by everyone. It sure is a small school but everyone has a big heart. Hopefully we will get more and more students so it will become a big school. Our education is about 1-2 years ahead of public school. Very hard but with our teachers help we will succed! Please join our school!!and God bless
There is something not right about this school. I see a computer lab, but my children say they do not ever use them. They push fundraiser after fundraiser. There seems to be no discipline what so ever there. I will not send my children back next year and I do not reccomend anyone else do either. I think there will be other reviews like this to come.
