I have a gifted student. I have not ever requested a teacher for my child but the matches with teachers were excellent. I believe the teachers and staff really put in so much of their own time and resources to expand my child's education.
I feel that the overall academics at Weaverville Elementary is great! Our daughter has had a wonderful experience with her teacher. On the other hand, I do not feel that the school is interested in parental involvment or issues as it should be. I feel that we have been restricted in many ways from being a part of our daughter's academic life due to these issues. I do not feel like the school takes into consideration the feelings and needs of parents as it should and therefore it is prohibiting our daughter's overall academic success.
