I love Fike High School, because the school is a family oriented setting, and i believe the principle, teachers, and administrators care for the kids. I love Fike High, Go Demons.
I concur with the 4-26 posting. My child seems to have become a passive learner and doesn't know much more than when she was in the private college prep school across town in 8th grade. How can she make A's all year in a IB course but pull a 2 on the final test?
If you live in this school district, you may as well skip high school and go straight to college. You won't learn a single thing here, so you would just be wasting four years of your life.
I belive the education in Fike is lacking and the resources are limited. This school needs to be reavaluated for its merits .
I think this is a really great school you can have fun while you are learning.
This is the best school ever. I couldn't have a better high school experience.
