Serve on school improvement team or governance council
Volunteer time after school
Parent involvement details This year our association plans on supporting the Academy in a few different areas: through the Parents Excellence Fund which provides discretionary funding and is vital to the operations of the institution, helping with the our 2015 Auction, by providing hospitality to faculty and staff each month, and a couple of other surprises along the way.
Approach to addressing and preventing bullying The Salem Honor Code is the foundation for our life together, but that promise of honesty and integrity is only the written expression of what we manifest throughout our days here: We respect each other, we listen to each other, we enjoy each other. And we feel privileged to live in a community that brings out the best in each of us.

Staff details Salem teachers play many roles in the classroom. They are instructors, tutors, moderators of disparate points of view. In all that they do and all that they say, they are constantly pushing our girls to think more deeply, to see more clearly and to listen more attentively.
