Communication from Mr. Burleson is great. Parents are informed on a consistent basis of updates and activities at the school.

The teachers are mostly concerned with preventing the students from dropping out. There are a few good classes, but any smart kids either go to the career center all day or switch schools. The academic program is frankly unacceptable and someone needs to raise the status quo.

North Forsyth will limprove since they have gotten some new members in the school. Over all the school is great, it could use more parking spaces and more security for the juniors and seniors. Afterall the students are paying $ 115.00 for parking on he grounds.

North Forsyth is an amazing highschool that allowed me to be both an individual and part of a team. North has a wide variety of classes and afterschool activities which are sometimes vigorous but exciting! My classes were always well planned and well guided. North Forsyth has a good library as well as many other resources available to students. Have I yet mentioned the incredible guidance department or mentors and teachers I discovered a long the way? I'd like to leave you with, 'What in life isn't chemistry?' M.L.

North would be the most awesome school in WS/FC if they would be consistent with their disciplinary actions! I love the 4 periods and my son is definitely up to it if your child is not able to learn on the fast track do not send them to a four period school.I've learned a lot & when June'07 comes my hat is off to all of those educators who had to deal with me & my son. My children's father graduated from North in '85 so we've got legacy at NFHS my baby boy will be there in 2010.

I was a graduated of north forsyth in 1982. Twenty-three years later, i enrolled my 16 years old daughter. I was shocked to see the changes that had accused in this schools. The school is run down with broken windows in the class, not enough chairs for the students and lack of security. Teachers are more concern with coming in at 8am and leaving at 4pm. When you request a meeting with a teacher, they are not available.

North Forsyth offers students a diverse environment, a great teaching staff, and many opportunities to excel. North has a wide range of extracurricular activities, which allows all persons to become involved in student life. As a student, I would recommend North Forsyth to both parents and students.
