Lisbon HIgh School is a public school that strives for the achievement of every student in every athletic, academic, and extra curricular activity available. The Band & Choir travels to New York This summer and is well deserving. The Atmosphere of the school is by far the best in the entire state. The staff is friendly and the students are kind. The school is well up to date on technology, The lunch program is state-of-the-art. The classes are under the best instruction and under the best leadership. Lisbon Public Schools recently awarded AdvancED 100 years of accreditation shows it and will continue forever. Because there is no place better in the world Than the "Home of the Broncos."

This is a great school that takes pride in the achievements of the students. Music programs are wonderful. Sport coaches are great and teams do very well. Parents are involved in activities, parent groups include MOB- mothers Of Broncos & Band and choir parents.

The school is unorganized for activities it has. Lacks technology classes in which there should be for the future of the kids. The teaching lacks a little on the one on one and more of the heres the homework assignment for the day. And the lunch program is terrible.

About the tests

In 2007-2008 North Dakota used the North Dakota State Assessment (NDSA) to test students in grades 3 through 8 and 11 in reading and math, and in science in grades 4, 8 and 11. The results for reading and math for all grades combined are displayed on GreatSchools profiles. Results represent students enrolled in the school for the entire academic year. The NDSA is a standards-based test, which means it measures how well students are mastering the specific skills defined for each grade by the state of North Dakota. The goal is for all students to score at or above the proficient level.
