The staff at Glover CLC are all very helpful and friendly. I have never had such a wonderful experience with a school and its staff as Glover CLC. my sons teacher is absolutely wonderful and always keeps me well informed on what is going on. They are truely Angels there at Glover CLC
My daughter attended Firestone Park Elementary kindergarten and her 1st grade year. Due to some family changes we had to enroll her at Glover CLC. At first, I was quite happy with the school but as the year has progressed I'm quite unsatisfied! The principal and front office personnel are great but everything/everyone else is lacking. I have already taken the necessary steps to open enroll my children back at Firestone Park Elementary for the upcoming '10-'11 school year.
The students at Glover Community Learning Center are awesome! It is a privilege to work with them each day!
Glover CLC is the best place to be. Our staff works hard to provide a pleasurable, safe learning environment for the best students in the land! Our principal is dedicated to doing all things best for kids. Our custodial staff keeps our building sparkling clean. Our lunchroom staff keeps those bellies full so kids are ready to learn. Our health aide is on top of all health concerns, including clothing needs. Our secretarial staff is professional and knowledgable. Our parents stand with us in providing a great experience for our kids. What's not to love?!
Glover CLC is full of love. The teachers are 100% dedicated to their job of teaching. They all have certain gifts that enhance their teaching skills. They are greeted with encouraging words as they enter their classroom. They are involved in school activities through PTA activities and are more than willing to lend a hand to help out whre needed. I have been at Glover for 9 years as a pta parent volunteer! I love the staff, they have become family to me. They are a very supportive group of these students. I recommend Glover to any student in grades K-5th grade.
Glover has the best teachers and staff in the district. I've worked in a few different schools and have never seen any better staff than at Glover.
The staff truly care about EVERY student who comes through the doors.
Teachers engage students with technology, use hands on learning, and have formed a strong intrinsic reading program for all grades.
Glover has truely impressed me this year. They have gone out of their way to encourage the children with awards for perfect attendance, honor/merit roll, and Reading. They also do Friday's with Miss Fennell and the kids have fun and feel good about themselves. The principle Mr. Dawson works with the staff, parents and children to make it a safe and positive place to learn. My children have had great teachers who encourage them and let them know they can do it. They work with each child where they are and help to bring them up to a higher level! Glover is a great school and I wish more schools had teachers like they have at Glover! Teachers and parents work together at Glover to help the children achieve their best through phone calls, notes, and conferences.
Glover is a horrible place to send your child. Teachers are uncooperative and not good with feedback. The studens are not challenged within the classroom and most are learning below their grade level. I pulled both of my children out of this. Please do not send your child to this school!
