Avon Village Elementary School

Excellent school system! Students learn first hand with culturally enriched field trips and school projects. I was very pleased with the amount of field trips taken per year. Teachers are all excellent and willing to work with students when extra help is needed.

My daughter just completed kindergarten at Avon Village and has learned so much. She reads and writes like a pro. She knows so much now. More than I ever could have imagined in kindergarten, I would suggest Avon Village to anyone - they are excellent!

My Daughter attended this school for K and 1st grades. I love the family atmosphere, The staff know all the kids and parents by name and keep a keen eye on who is going home with who, I am so sad that my daughter will be moving on this year. Her teachers were excellent also, my daughter is well ahead of children in other schools. Avon Village has a high standard in everything they do. Keep up the great work!

We have been so pleased with the educational and social gains our kindergartener has made this year. The school, administration and teachers have fostered a real love of learning. The school offers all-day and half day kindergarten. We chose the all-day and our son looks forward to going everyday and comes home and shares his day with us. The school has challenged him and has been very welcoming to parents and encourage us to visit and help with the education process. I feel that we have been kept very informed throughout the year with regard to what the children are learning and the goals that have been set for the children.
