Bullying at Liberty union thurston is out of control. Parents must take a stand and stop it now. Mr. Mathews won't fix it so it is up to the parents.
Well managed, growing school district. As of 2006 I feel that the student to teacher ratio is a bit too high. Middle school building is old and I think this does have a negative impact on student's learning. Teachers are mostly first rate. New middle school and renovations on the highschool are in the works and should provide a welcome enhancement to the learning environment. Unfortunately, it is unlikely to be completed by the time my child graduates. I believe that it will add significantly to the desirability of the district as a place for families to live. Parental involvement seems high on a number of levels and extra-curricular activities are well-attended by the community.
I really like being a part of this school. Theyer is very friendly people .The teachers make sure your on task, if you dont understand they help. The Principal Mr.G. Hes So nice helps to make sure your not in trouble all the time.
