Cne is a very good school...My children have went to CNE their whole life and LOVE IT! All the teachers are involved and care about each and every student there.
This school has no bulling. I'm sorry but I've been attending since Kindergarten and I have been fine. Just the normal School Drama. Nothing is wrong with this school. Your child is just a trouble maker more then likely and needs to toughen up for the real world. Thats all I have to say. :D
Bullying seems to be a big issue here! My daughter is being forced to change schools, after attending this School since kindergarten. I would not recommend this school to my worst enemy!!!!!! Just stating the fact's!!!!!!!
2007-2008 state report card rates the CNE District: Effective and the Elementary School Building: excellent. There is a very good staff and administration and a community that has become increasingly involved. I encourage parents to be involved, as they are their child's best advocate. This district is moving the right direction for the students and community. The comments below from 2003 & 2004 were indicative of that time. CNE was trying to pass a 4.8mil continuing improvement levy. This was based on the budget forecast that funding would be inadequate by 2005 to continue. The state funding formula continues to put all public districts in Ohio in a position to rely on local property taxes.
The teachers are totally sub-par...they have passed students, just to get them to the next year, then out...I know this as a parent of four children who have gone and are still attending this school
This is a medium sized school and it is very well and thats my experince and im a student
Unfortunatly, this school is a victim of OH's unfair and unconstitutional funding of schools and No Child Left Behind. Overcrowding and underfunding have left this school (and district) out to dry. Most 'extras' have been eliminated to save money and many of the better teachers have left to find better pay.
This school is overpopulated and understaffed. There are too many grades per school. everything in the school is outdated. even the juices today were expired over a year.
