Bethel-Tate schools are great. When we moved here from forest hills school district I was apprehensive. Bethel Tate is a much smaller district with less available money. Much to my suprise it took my kids several weeks to catch up- and they are excelling. Bethel tate schools are again rated excellent and we would highly recommend them.

My son recently graduated from BTHS as an open enrollment student from an adjoining community. We were so impressed with the quality of education he received, the caring and intelligence of the teachers and administration at BTHS, and the range of availability of extracurriculars for such a small school. You really don't know how good you have it unless you came from someplace with less, like we did! My daughter's on her way to BTHS! Congratulations on your Excellent state rating!

This school district is simply not up to the standards of 2004. Last year they decided having 'advanced' programs were not fair to the other students and they are now in the process of phasing them out. They did have advanced classes for kids who scored high on the proficiency tests from fourth grade through the eighth grade. Also, another major complaint: no foreign language classes of any kind until high school. Obviously, they are not aware that other schools in our area are offering spanish as early as first grade! Cincinnati is acquiring a large hispanic population and spanish will probably be a requirement in most customer service jobs in the next few years! Second major complaint: their sports programs through the boosters is an absolulte joke! It's all parent coaches who are out for there own kid and that kids friends.
