My grandson was very shy and withdrawn when he began kindergarten there last year. Now he is an outgoing and cofident first grader who loves to read and write - and have good conversations with his Nana.....

This is a wonderful nurturing environment. The teachers are supportive and challenging. I believe this is the best start to many years of learning in an academic setting. A solid foundation and love for learning is created

After investigating all the schools and communities in the Cleveland area, we decided on the Chagrin Falls schools. We made great financial sacrifices to be able to live in this district, and have never regreted our decision. Our children love their schools, teachers and the community.

About the tests

In 2012-2013 Ohio used the Ohio Achievement Assessment (OAA) to test students in grades 3 through 8 in reading and math, and in grades 5 and 8 in science. The OAA is a standards-based test, which means it measures specific skills defined for each grade by the state of Ohio. The goal is for all students to score at or above proficient on the test.
