Chardon Is an excellent school with wonderful teachers and support staff. We are very fortunate to have such a great school and we should support the teachers.

I'm currently a junior at Chardon, and I couldn't love it more. The crowd here is generally nice, fun loving people. The curricular has some very great teachers; I have at least five teachers here that I no longer have, but still talk to and go to for advice. Many teachers share the same way of teaching (which is good). In the extracurricular departments, there are many clubs that are well supported by the students, but with about 50-50 support from teachers. Football games are the place to be on friday nights (bring a jacket), and everyone seems to know everyone else at least a little. In general, I give Chardon an A.

This school offers a very wide variety of subjects for all students. Their staff is wonderful. At least the teachers I know are understanding, helpful, and willing to spend their time on each and every student. I am very grateful to be a student of Chardon High School.

The teachers here are wonderful, and they work with the student to achieve their goals. At first i was hesitant about sending my kid here, but now i have no regrets! Top school! Excellent!

I am very impressed with the amount of support that is available at the high school. I like what I have been told about their rules, and expectations of the kids. I feel comfortable that I will know everything that is going on that concerns my son. I am glad that I moved out here 10 years ago. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!

There are good teachers and bad teachers. The teachers make students do tedious tasks, instead of tasks cruical to the learning process. Overall it is a decent school but it has its falts.

I am a former teacher at Chardon (my husband's job transfer was the ONLY reason I left). I have also taught in a handful of other districts and can easily say that Chardon is absolutely outstanding. The staff is truly committed to the students and helping them learn, achieve and succeed. The administration was always very supportive of both the teachers and students and would do all they could to help create a positive environment for learning. The parents are top notch and very involved with their kids ... something that is often missing in the education process. There's not a critical thing I could say about the district! I miss Chardon terribly!
