Both of my sons attended CHCA from kindergarten to graduation. They were so prepared for college! The streamline of the curriculum from kindergarten to senior year is incredible. My youngest son needed special help because of ADD, the extra help he needed was always there above and beyond. He is in college now and finds college to be easy. His grades reflect it (mostly A's). In high school the college counselors are the best. I work with teens from several public schools in the area and I not found any school with the college counselor staff that CHCA has. One of my favorite things about the school was what I called the life sifting process--they were required to take different things that help them figure out who they were, what their strengths were, what their gifts were, and what they didn't like and what they loved. We love CHCA!

high school is very cliquish. need more programs and support for ethnic teens and girls at the high school do not show good examples of a christian young women instead it is the opposite. It is more like a country club with the christian name added to it. Elementary is great and middle school has got better

We live in Sycamore School District where our daughter experienced as a first grader academic indifference and bullying. We moved to CHCA and what a difference! The staff and administration are clearly more engaged with the children, and the children are taught how to treat one another. This is a place where parents and educators truly support children's learning and education.

Superb! The academic rigor will not just prepare your child for college, it will send them off leaps and bounds ahead of the rest. The focus on values and Christian morals helps support what is being taught at home. The teachers truly love and care for all of their students and are experts at their craft. The fine arts program is outstanding. The athletics program draws scouts from all over the country, and the academic standard will help ensure that your child receives the best education possible. If this school is an option for you, I would not hesitate! You will be making a wise and sound investment.

More than I could have ever imagined. The curriculum is superior to any in the area. The Christian values they instill from the very beginning will bring forth your children to young adults that not only will lead this country but serve it as well. It's amazing. They go on to college extremely well prepared and ready to challenge. We are not of the wealthy that attend but I can tell you from my experience it plays no role. The school is a community of families; some rich some not, but all caring and giving people who want the best education and experience for their children.

CHCA is a big step up from any other school I have been to. It not only has great academics but the teaching of Christ our savior. The teachers work at every level allowing you to excel in every way you can. I am part of the biggest class ever and I still feel like the teachers connect with every student in a diffferent way.

CHCA is extremely strong in academics, spirituality, and leadership. The academics are advanced, yet they have classes to fit all levels of understanding. They have weekly chapel services, christian studies and they incorporate the teachings of Christ into every class. They teach each student to thrive to be the best they can be. They have mission trips starting as young as 7th grade to places all over the world. The teachers make also learning interesting and enjoyable. The school has a good atmosphere on all campuses. I am a student at the middle school, and my grade is the largest CHCA has ever had 115, and each classroom has just enough students, so the teachers can help each and every one.

I think this school is good if you want strong academic, however I do feel that some children with discipline problems might get away with more if they are paying as opposed to a public school where they would not tolerate certain things. It would be nice if the staff and students were more diversified(black,Asian,Latino,etc.).

As an educator, I can objectively report that CHCA is unmatched in academic, spiritual, athletic, and facility excellence. This may just be the top school in the nation. No where else have I seen such a commitment to the individual child's success in all areas. Do whatever you can to send your children here!
