Mc^2 Stem High School

Clearly, the "parent" who suggested of mc2 STEM: " There fake there grades" has no knowledge of the school whatsoever. To the contrary; mc2 STEM has some of the best OGT (Ohio Graduation Test) scores and one of the highest attendance rates not only in CMSD, but in the NE Ohio area. Regarding the claim that (and I think that this is what he/she *meant* to say - of mc2 faculty/administrators), "They fake their grades", the OGT scores offer a strong causal correlation between actual student grades and passing rates. In other words: you can't inflate OGT test results...and when *they* reflect what the report cards are saying, you can conclude with a good degree of confidence that the grades are hardly "faked". Further,given that this school has an open enrollment (any student can 'put their name into the hat') policy with a lottery - based selection process, the results seen from 3 years of performance suggest that there is indeed something *VERY* different about mc2 STEM. Still, a myriad of individuals / groups (these "haters") are envious of mc2 and stand to lose if the mc2 model proves successful. So, for "FACTS", research real / unbiased public data and judge for yourself!
