Never again will a child of mine step foot in the doors of this school. Bullying is rampant in this school, and the principle makes promises for your child's safety that are not kept. The whole school is very lacking of safety and caring for children.

I have a daughter who has attended this school since pre-K now going on 6 years and a son who went here from 1st grade to 4th grade. In the beginning the school was perfect but the Principal changed and so did the school. Now it is under a new female Principal and is making it's way back to the standards I first fell in love with.

This school is excellent. My son has attended since Pre-K and is now at the end of 1st grade and we've had no problems. Teachers are great. Principal could be much better. Children receive a well rounded education with teachers that are involved and parent involvement is strongly encouraged all around. Dana even has a parent center where parents are encouraged to volunteer as well as monthly parent meetings to encourage more parent involvement. Attendance is strongly encouraged with the kids. An all around good school.

This school is extremely weak in its academic program and resources. Seriously consider other alternatives before sending your child here. Things have to be pretty terrible before a teacher will step in and get involved if a student is having problems. Due to the circumstances children attending this school do not have many of the choices their peers at other schools do. For instance they cannot sit by friends at lunch, their seating is assigned.
