I went to this school for the 2008-2009 school year, it was a great school. The teachers were friendly, the classes were pretty easy, and my friends were awesome! The only thing that kinda bugged me was the amount of kids who did not really care for learning at all, they really only looked forward to reccess. I mean, I was like that sometimes but not ALL the time. I think that's why the test scores are so bad, the students. The teachers do a pretty good job. Some are kinda strict and mean though.
No helpful communication with teachers. They do answer e-mails and phone calls regularly, but nothing is changed. I am switching to an online home school program so that I can supervise what my child is learning from now on.
I disagree. Spinning is a diverse school and the children respect eachother. Having three children attend Spinning Hills I have dealt with many teachers and staff. I have never had a bad experience. There is always plenty for the kids to do and I have absolutely no complaint about the education that my children have received.
This is a horrible school. The faculty is very clicky and insulting. They only take care of their own children within the system. They have no concern for the taxpayers, the principal does as he chooses and does not listen to anyone's concerns. I hope to find something better for my child in the near future.
The principal Leadership is great! Teacher Quality is Fantastic! Extra Curricular activites needs for activities or events such as Track meets (Gym teachers pick top 5 best out of each class or pod). Parental involvement needs work. Overall quality is fine.
