Sadly, after months of trying to work with the teacher and principal we had to pull my son and do homeschooling. He was not challenged in the least. And when we asked for a challenge we were told- he is above level-- what more do you want? It was my fault that he had been given so many experiences. Very little parental involvement. Teachers seemed downtrodden.
Love this neighborhood and this school! Principal Dr. Best is the best! My daughter loves Ms. Ferguson as her second grade teacher, always upbeat with a smile on her face. You could tell the kids really love her.
Excellent quality of academic programs, large parent involvement with PTO, Ohio reads and other activities. The student to teacher ratio is by far one of the best in the area. I have had one child in the school through 6th grade and now one in the 3rd grade. I highly recommend this school.
