My 2 sons now attend Rosa Parks Early Learning Center. (was Rosa Parks Elementary School till this school year) The closed a few of the schools and combined them in to one for kids with special needs. My 4 year old is a completely different child now he is talking and is at 1/2 he way potty trained because of the teachers and staff that work there. I have nothing bad to say about the school or teachers. My 3 year old just started but he has began to open up and begin to talk.
My child has been at Cornell Heights for the past 2 years. I think the school is underestimated. My experiene has been that the teachers are dedicated and the students love to go to school there. As a whole, Dayton Public Schools are not up to par, but Cornell is doing its job.
