This year the school implemented the Olweus Bully prevention program. Also students are rewarded for positive behavior in school, at recess, and on the bus. So far there has been a pajama party, a hayride and a concert with American Idol star Sarah Burgess to reward good behavior. Bruce Boguski has talked to the students about positive self-esteem. The Pittsburgh Zoo is having two assemblies. Each month there is a parent activity where the parents visit their child's classroom.
