As a former student and now a parent, Green School is a great school. They have an awesome band program, receiving several awards for their performance under the former director Brent Hunt. This year David Edwards has taken the band program to great levels also. If you are looking for a small town school for your children, you have found the right one! We would gladly welcome you and your family!

I am a student of Green High School, it is a wonderful school to attend. My thought on Students education at Green is 10+ out of ten. All teachers are wonderful, very understanding, and caring. It's not a very big school, but that's why our education is so great! Due to the small classes and all. Another great thing about Green there is really no low class, mid class, high class, students. Everyone know's one another, and everyone know's each other's name.

Our kids go to Green and they love it! The teachers are awesome and very careing. They care about the kids education and their personal lives. They take a real interest in the children. Green also has the best school bus drivers. They are very careful and pay attention to what the kids are doing so that no one gets hurt and drive very attentively. The schools are kept very clean. The food is very good in the caferteria. My kids never pack their lunches. The band program is the best. They even went to the national competiton for bands which is the highest you can go as a school band. I highly recomend this school to anyone who is looking for a school and community. We welcome you and your children!

I went to Green from 1979 to 1985 when I was in the sixth grade, and my family moved, unfortunately, to Akron. My husband graduated from Green in 1994. We are so blessed to have the opportunity to raise both of our daughters, now in sixth grade and kindergarten in what we consider to be the best school system in the state. We are very proud of the quality of education our children are recieving. We love the staff and the community. The reputation of Green speaks for itself. I only hope failed tax levies or over-population of this once small town don't take away from it's greatness in years to come.

I am an alumni of Green High School and I must say that I receieved a very quality education. The teachers are wonderful and very into giving children the best education possible. Some may disapprove of sending their child to Green simply because of the sporting events. They may not have a very high rank in that area, but they do, however do their very best at academics. I am very proud to say that I am from Green High School and would love to be able to send my children there when the time comes!
