The unpolite and unprofessional attitudes need to be addressed by the board. The children see rudeness and tantrums from teachers and other admin's and of course are going to emulate that behaviour. If you are looked upons as an "outsider" to this strange little world, good luck.
Despite the fact that the facilities are old and new schools need to be built, the education my child receives with these teachers and administration is phenomenal. This is exactly what you expect from a 'home town school'.
