You have to visit only once to see that this school is different. There is a feeling of true concern for the mind, heart, body, and soul of the children who attend. It is a very close and welcoming community. The students are taught to be respectful and responsible. It has been my experience that all of my three children have had their very different needs met. I have had times when I didn't agree with desicions made by teachers or administration. However, I have come to realize that every desicion is made based on what is best for the children in the school. What more could you ask for Mary

This is not a school I would recommend to anyone. There are a couple good teachers, the kindergarten and first grade teachers are very good and most of the families are nice , however there are a couple teachers that are just awful and the principal is terrible. She always side with the teachers even when they are wrong and they are noit willing to give the kids that go there any extra help if they need it.Overall I think this is not a wise choice and would not recommend this school to anyone.

I sent both my children to St. Bernadette School K-5. It provided a wonderful education in academics, music, science, the arts and the Catholic faith. The school is very well run with an abundance of technology, computers in each room, and an enrichment program for all students. Parent involvement is high with an active Home and School Association. The school continually meets all the guidelines of the Diocesan regulatory board. Teachers are kind and caring. I would not hesitate to send a child to this school.

Community ratings and reviews do not represent the views of GreatSchools nor does GreatSchools check their accuracy or verify the reviewers' identities. Use your discretion when evaluating these reviews.

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.
