This school is awful. I tried this school with my daughter and it was terrible. The teachers don't care. You don't have any books it's all computer work that you must scan in. There is no field trips for the kids to attend and the kids are not allowed to be on any of the jr. high or high school athletic teams even though they are considered a public school for lancaster. I transfered my daughter to OHVA and could not be happier they have books and the parents are more involved in the kids education and the teachers are wonderful. They even had a special day at Fort Rapids Water Park for the kids and their families. OHVA is a much better solution if you want to go this route of schooling the kids at home. I would not recommend Lancaster Digital Academy to anyone.
If my kid gets stuck on anything the teacher e-mail her, and they are always willing to help. If you ever have a problem with the work or with the computer she always gets an e-mail back with help the same day.
