I am a student of bath middle school currently getting ready to enter the 8th grade. my school is just like almost every other middle school we have 8 periods a day aprox. 45-50 mins long except lunch thats only 30 mins. most of the teachers that I have had have made class fun. in middle school and high school us students can choose whether or not we want to be in choir/band or both but if you choose both you do not have a study hall to work on homework or study. and even though I was in choir for 2 years I stopped because I felt it was affecting my grades.in lunch every grade gets a seperate lunch time in 5th and 6th grade you have to sit in the order you got food but in 7th/8th you get to sit wherever you want unless you get in trouble
Outstanding Music and Art programs along with a solid foundation of education. Good sport programs although not much afterschool programs outside of sports. Would recommend this school to any parent!
The teachers are very dedicated to their students; awesome athletic program; and above average group of kids.
The classes are not so good they hurry to teach the students. They never do have any music. Their art classes are good. The sports are too hard, when a child has a heath problem and has to sit out, they still make them go out and play like the other children. The principle will not be fair about the discipline. They do not do anything about the fights. If a child is late for class, they will have to stay after school, even if they did not mean to be late. They will tell one child they are not dressing right then if another child is wearing the something they do not say a thing. Bath Middle School is not fair to all the students.
Safe school in country setting. Many of the staff and students are generational members of the community. Sports are very important in the district and there are many different ways students can become involved outside of the classroom.
