Perry High School

I don't know where to start about Perry Schools, I am a Perry resident and my last 2 children DO NOT go to Perry! I have choosen to open enroll my children to another close school. There is way more open enrollment children at Perry then resident. I know for a fact for the last 3 or 4 yrs the school was just went to hell. Way to many kids to a class one of my childrens class had 34 students to 1 teacher. YES Perry does have good teachers but that is alot of students to teach in crammed classrooms u can't even walk between desk. How much education are these students getting??It seems to be alot more about money at Perry.The more the state pays for each open enrolled student the more Perry takes & alot of these children have Behavior problems. I dont think that the superindent don't care about that.They just want all the open enrollment money they can...Perry officals don't realize they are RUNNING off their own resident people. Oh and mine are not the only ones who will not be returning to this gawd awful institution! I personally know 4 other families who removed their kids this year. The school feels they still get our tax dollars & they will do what they want!!!

I think this is a fantastic school! I've had 4 of my 5 children graduate from Perry; the youngest to finish in 2013, all of whom have went on to specialize in meaningful careers! The school utilizes competitive learning techniques, much of which will be used at the college level. I could go on an on! Thanks Perry! I gotta give you 5-Stars and 2-Thumbs Up!

This school stinks.This school teaches nothing,and my daughter gets in trouble for nothing all of the time.We are moving.

The students score high on exams, the atmostphere is conducive to learning, and the student to teacher ratio is low.
