Washington Elementary School

This is my first year sending my son to school, so my expectations were high, but Washington really nailed it. I love the school and the K teacher. She is very kind and firm with the rules and I respect that.

The Principal is absolutely the best one that has ever been around, where do they find such great skill for fremont, oh, I will never know, this guy should get a raise for the great work that he does.

We moved from another school in Fremont two years ago and have found Washington to be a wonderful school to raise our girls in. Washington's teachers make my children feel comfortable and they enjoy going to school. My fifth grader is in the gifted program that meets 2xs per week. Extracurricular include safety patrol, student council, music program (ORF), and the PTO brings many wonderful programs to our children like COSI on wheels, magic shows, the annual Chili dinner, etc... The teachers have support from parents and PTO in all they do. Our school is the only excellent rated school in the Fremont School system and we also are a School Of Promise only 125 of these in Ohio. Washington is a small school in the town of Lindsey and the community supports the school 100%. Everyone is very friendly. Thanks Washington Staff!
