I believe that the district it is located in is falling apart, but Lowell seems to do well. The test scores are good and I feel the teachers really care and do their best. After school activities are always there, friendship groups & game club are some my daughter has enjoyed. My wish is the district would get it together.

This is overall a decent school, as with all schools they have good and bad, I myself, do not care for the principal or the nurse. The building manager, Ms. Teresa Flores, is a godsend. She knows each child and truly cares about them all.
