Malabar Intermediate School
Develops respect: Disagree

The teachers are not very good in my opinion. My son doesn't get the support he needs in his class. The teachers are lazy about keeping things safe for the students being bullied. If one teacher has to use the restroom another teacher should stand watch until the return of the other. Or install cameras so if bullying occurs it can be proven.

I believe this school has changed my son's behavior to being a bullying at home because of the bullying he has received at school. I do not like Malabar. The staff need to get a handle on things. Open their eyes and see it and stop it. Do not leave the children alone.

Too much bullying at this school. Some of the children have bad intentions and ruin the learning experience for others. It's a shame.

Too much bullying at this School. My son's grades dropped dramatically over the last school year because he was being bullied. He told me a boy pulled his pants down in the cafeteria in front of everyone and everyone laughed at him. I'm wondering where the adult supervision was!? I send my child to school to learn not be humiliated.

I attended Brinkerhoff from the latter part of Kindergarten through sixth grade. Apparently, its grades have changed. My mother and aunt also attende Brinkerhoff. The top ten graduates at Mansfield Senior, when I graduated, were from Brinkerhoff as were a good number of the top ten graduates from Malabar. I hope it is still as good a school as it was then. This helps children "succeed."

I am a parent of a 5th grade student at Brinkerhoff Elementary School. I also attended Brinkerhoff throuhgout my elementary years. The teachers there are very dedicated and I feel that they have a vested interest in the students; and seeing them suceed.

Brinkerfoff is the best elementary school in Mansfield! At my son's Class Day (2004) at Mansfield Senior, both the Valedictorian & Salutatorian was from Brinkerhoff, not to mention the numerous other students that graduated in the top 10% of their graduating class. Great teaching & administration. I have three children who attended Brinkerhoff. They have wonderful memories & I feel confident as a parent that they received the best education in the Mansfield City School District above all the other elementary schools in Mansfield. The teachers & administration show an interest in each child, no matter the race or financial backgound. My children are proud to say they attended Brinkerhoff Elementary School.
