I feel that we are moving in the right direction at our school. We have the greatest number of involved, attentive teachers that I have seen in a long time. I believe you will always have a few who do not put forth the time or effort to bring all students the level of attention that we would like, but overall I feel that we have a good group of teachers who genuinely care about the students. We see very few discipline problems here. I volunteer for book fairs, carnivals, and in the classroom and have never had a behavioral problem with anyone. Furthermore, we see kids coming out here from town to attend. That means parents are willing to drive 20 miles one way to bring their kids to our school.
