We moved to Mason when our son was born. We now have 3 children in the Mason School System and we couldn't be happier! I am simply amazed by how very involved and caring the teachers are. We have not had a teacher yet that didn't seem to truly care about children and their education. Mr. Smallwood was an amazing Kindergarten teacher (and the only male K teacher), but has now moved to Asst. Principal at Mason Intermediate. Mrs. Krugman and Miss Finke have been wonderful for my 2nd graders, and Mrs. Anthony for my 3rd grader... I just can't say enough nice things about her. Mr. Messer, the principal is wonderful and all the kids just love him! You really couldn't ask for a better school experience for their beginning years!
Mason City schools are hightly rated and have achieved excellent scores for years. My child is in the gifted program and he and I both love it very much. He also participates in after scholl enrichment programs year round.
Wonderful school with caring and qualified teachers. We're sorry to move on!
Perfect, Perfect, Perfect. If you can imagine a school where they actually love your child? Mrs. Reis was perfect for our son. Awesome place!
