My son is a 5th grade student at this school. Moffitt heights has been a great success to my son. He has been given every opportunity to excel. All extra programs such as summer school and Title I have been offered to us and we have taken all the extra attention. When he was in 1st grade his reading and math were below average, and with all the wonderful help of his teachers and tutors, he now above average. I can't say enough great things about the teachers, tutors and principal at Moffitt Heights. I would highly recommend this school to anybody.

This school has been a big disappointment. It is probably fine for most kids, but my nephew, first grader, needs accelerated learning opportunities which have not been available. The caliber of most of his teachers has been shockingly poor. It has therefore given none of the advantages a smaller school with a smaller teacher to student ratio. When my nephew experienced some learning problems no title one help was offered or recommened. Instead of helping him achieve success, his teacher decided that holding him back a year was the only option. I would not recommend this school to anyone. In fact, I seriously recommend this school be placed under strict review by the district.
