We moved to this district recently due to having a spec. needs children that needed extra help - in 2 weeks he has gotten wrap around care, van to and from school, spec. ed teacher with being in a main stream atsmophere. Our high schooler really enjoys the high school also.
There are some good teachers, but there are also many that are rude, very unorganized, and not at all happy about their jobs. After several years, I am sorry that i didn't choose to move to another district.
The teachers are really interested in the childrens learning, and social life at school. They are very open to talk to parents if there is a concern.
Considering the budget the school has to work with, I have no problems. Most teachers are nice and easy to talk to. The principal just retired so I don't know how the new one will work out.
