Mulberry is a newer school with excellent teachers and administration. There is an excellent resource program where resource teachers meet monthly with class teachers and work together to help students. The enrichment program suffers from budget problems on the district level, but the teachers work with a gifted coordinator to provide in class enrichment opportunities. Dedicated music, art and gymn teachers provide quality education in these areas. The school works with the community to provide after-school activities. There is an active PTO with parents often found in classrooms or proving additional help to teachers. It is a safe environment in a friendly community. The district struggles with funding issues, but they are currently being addressed. I would definitely recommend this school.
