Diversity greatly lacking some teachers need diversity training as well as students
Legend Elementary has wonderful teachers committed to improving student performance as well as student self-esteem. The teachers truly go above and beyond. Being the mother of a struggling student, it is wonderful to see teachers volunteer thier pesonal time to work with my child. Thank goodness, there are such wonderful people in this world. Thank you, staff of Legend Elementary, for making this part of your world a better place.
I am blessed to work with a very caring and committed staff. We are small, close-knit community. Over 50% of our population qualify for free lunch. The teachers who serve and work at this school are constantly giving of their personal time, funds, and efforts in order to make our school a great place to work. Our teachers rock! We would love to have some additional funds to be able to provide our students and teachers with a wider variety of resources to use in our school.
