The staff is very supportive and communicate very well with families. They really care about the children and not only reach out to them in the school they do so outside the school. Last year my son's second grade teacher (that has no children of her own), brought her mother to watch the C-Ball boys baseball game. It is such a great feeling that the teachers in this school go a step further then just educating..they want to be a part of their lives. I would recommend this school district and small town to anyone!!
Wonderful school with caring teachers.
Teachers go the extra mile, great communication, and wonderful literacy program! Everyday Math is being used at this school, which has helped my child advance in math skills two fold. The physical education teacher is wonderful, she has started a cross country program for grades 2nd - 6th.. Powell Elem has so much to offer.
