I would highly recommend the Pre-School program that St. John Bosco offers. Mrs. Whitney is a wonderful teacher with enthusiasm and love for her students. I felt the program had the perfect balance of learning and fun. My kids learned important social skills in her class room. They were able to be creative and comfortable in a warm Christian atmosphere. Her aide Miss Kay was great and they were always on top of every aspect of my children's education. I couldn't imagine a better place to send your precious 3 and 4 year olds!

SJB offers a good education to those students who fall within what the school administration considers the 'normal' range. Unfortunately, they provide no support to children whose learning styles do not always fall perfectly within this norm. As a private school, they really are not required to handle any form of special needs or abilities, however they purport to assist such children and their families when the faculty have no qualifications to do so. If your child is not already well-organized and self-motivated, you may want to consider a different school.

I am very pleased with the Catholic Education my students have/are recieving at St. John Bosco School. As well as providing a strong faith based education, our school provides top-notch art, technology and music. St.John Bosco School has an energetic faculty with new inovative lessons that challege the students. Due to terrific supportive parents, our faculty is able to provide the students with creative school programs as well as christian based sports activities. In a day and age when educational cut backs are scaring public districts St. John Bosco School continues to provide a quality education. I am proud to have had 3 sons graduate from Bosco and look forward to future years with my last two sons.

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.
