My child has been bullied at this school for two years for a birth defect. I have begged for help from the leadership of the school, the transportation department and the district office to no avail. My family and I are now debating wether it will be less costly to send our child to a private school or sell our family home and move to a different district. I feel there are two sets of rules in this district; one set for those who grew up in the area and are childhood friends with the leadership of the school and those who are outsiders.

Woodridge Intermediate Elementary School is a fabulous school with great teachers and staff. The principal, teachers and office staff are excellent. They care about the kids and as a substitute teacher,I've been impressed with how each child is challenged based on their individual needs. The school has a strong commitment to not only teaching academics, but in encouraging the students to be respectful, kind and learn to be responsible for their own actions. You always see smiling faces at this school.'
